Although I do not offer top up procedures as normal practice, if your muscle is particularly resistant I will asses the area. Please advise me within 14 days, returning to see me within 21 days, after this time I cannot administer more botox to the area due to complications arising from over use.
Botox works by relaxing the muscles, thus alleviating fine lines and wrinkles.
Therefore, it blocks or significantly reduces the message from the brain to move the muscle so it can no longer retract. As a result, the muscle relaxes and the wrinkled areas smooth out and soften.
Botox reduces facial lines caused by these muscles, it also contours aspects of the face, for example the brows or chin.
